The 6 redesigned static ads are approved. The hero video is still being finished and will be shown to Nick tomorrow. Once Nick gives the all-clear on the full set (6 statics + video), Gabriella uploads the ads to Meta on Tue May 26. Nick also to confirm receipt of the 6 hero static images assigned to him.

- Tier price → confirmed at $1.20 / pod (pod cost ~$0.36). Margin is not a Round-1 concern.
- Tier sizes → confirmed 2 / 4 / 6 boxes; the lifetime / bulk order option is kept.
- Launch model → go ahead May 29 even without US product — priority is speed and real data.
- Ad set → the 6 redesigned static ads are approved ("nice pivot, I love it").
